As an added service to our clients, you are assigned a Client Advocate. On a mutually agreed upon regular interval, you and your “CA” will communicate by phone, email or in person – with the intent to identify any exceptional issues which may warrant a higher level of response. Your Client Advocate has the authority to obtain ANY resources required to best accommodate your requests at ANY time. Every issue, regardless of its level of complexity, is directed to the Client Advocate for ensuring continuity and timeliness in responding to the client.
